Kosovo's Assembly has named Lumniye Zeka, wife of the Minister of Infrastructure Libran Aliu and Gzim Tosun, grandson of Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, as members of the COSTCE Board of Directors. Their mandate is 4-year-old.

As a member of the COST Board, Rayhane Zylfiaj has also been named, which from the Prectoral Panel had been more accessible.

Tosun received 58 votes, and Zeka 55. Since Tosun had the most votes, he was also elected chairman of the Board of Directors.
