Fadil Fazliu denied parole, remains in custody

Fadil Fazliu has been denied parole request, where he offered two thousand and 550 euros in bail, and was ordered to appoint the detention measure to him for a two-month period.

“Therefore, given all the statements on the parties, decides that Mr. Fazliu must remain in custody. The reasons for your detention, Mr. Fazliu are the same as the verdict in question paragraph 43 and 81-91 that should be read along with the current” ruling, the judge of the preliminary procedure said.

Initially, she said none of the defence arguments changed its conclusion to the decision to issue the order for Fazliu's arrest.
