The local Fire Department has said that the building has collapsed partially and is involved in fire.
“Around 6:15 am a three-story building collapsed in part and a” fire broke out, The Hague Fire Department said in a statement.
“Four victims have already been sent to hospital”.
So far there is no known reason for the explosion in question. Holland's prime minister, Dick Schooff, said in a statement that he was shocked by the images of the disaster and had offered help to local authorities,
