During a discussion he had with the students, a young man referred to Angela Merkel's book, reminding the Turkish president of the country's diplomatic relations with Germany. The student asked Erdogan what is owed to his success in diplomatic relations, where he responded: “It is important that the dialogue mechanism continue. We call this “diplomacy attacks”. Only two of the world's leaders remain. Me and Putin. I've been in the presidency for 22 years. Putin's approaching. All others have been neutralized or disappeared”.
