Chief Prosecutor Lupco Kocevski has announced that materials have been opened to prove whether there is criminal responsibility for the former deputy prime minister of Northern Macedonia, Artan Grubin and Judge Enver Bexhetin, who recently entered the US blacklist, as the same according to the US State Department are involved in bribery to undermine judicial processes related to the materials of former DSK chief Saso Mijalkov.
In this case, chief prosecutor Kovevski said they would try to provide evidence.
I'd like to inform you that I've used my authorizations as a public prosecutor of the RMV, and that since yesterday I've formed subjects to try to obtain evidence, to control the criminal responsibility of the people mentioned for bribery and influential trade”.
The procedure will give further orders. I would like to stress that co-operation with the US and Embassy is excellent and that they help us in fighting corruption”, Kocevski said further. /Tv21.
