The American Embassy estimates that Kosovo “institutions have fulfilled their roles”, which it has considered essential for a comprehensive democracy.
The electoral process should remain transparent, reliable and without political interference. Voters must decide who is elected according to Kosovo's democratic system and all parties and candidates should reject any attempts to politicise the elections process”, the US Embassy's response said.
The Central Election Commission said today that the Election Panel's decision on Ancess and Parastance for the Certificate of Serbian List, the main party of Kosovo Serbs, must be implemented.
