Police discovered 250kg of cocaine during a raid near Numansdorp, in the province of southern Holland on December 13th.

A 30-year-old suspect from Rotterdam, was arrested after the shocking discovery, broadcasting Telegrafi.
The Dutch National Experts and Operations Unit said in a statement the suspect “was driving a van with French license plates on the highway near Numansdorp and displayed suspicious behaviour during the drive.

When they stopped the driver and requested explanation, he claimed he was transporting two coffins, which told police that they contained bodies.

“However, documents were not checked”, police officers added.

Our colleague then went to a company that performed funerals to verify. It found that coffins contained sports bags of more than 250kg of cocaine, worth of 13m euros. The man has been arrested and the drugs have been eliminated”, Dutch police confirmed.
