In the same line, Prime Minister Albin Kurti, at a news conference Sunday, described the attack on Zubin Potok as an act similar to Russian attacks on critical infrastructure in Ukraine.

In the context of both the timeline and the nature of the act itself, this attack appears to have links with the Russian Federation's massive air strikes against Ukraine, with attacks on those that were directed directly against energy infrastructure in Ukraine”.
