The deal for the army in the north- Why is Kurt respecting a deal he's taken to the DA?

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said today he respects the Brussels Agreement, which prohibits the Kosovo Security Forces from being present in four northern municipalities without the consent of the NATO peacekeeping mission in Kosovo (KFOR). However, Kurti had taken this deal to the prosecutor, reached by Hashim Thaci. He said it [...]
We are respecting my predecessor's letter, although I have neither welcomed nor liked, but we respect it, in the north we have KFOR and the Kosovo Police. Would it be better, more sure, to be Kosovo's army? Yes, but we respect that vow of the predecessor (Hashim Thaci)”, Kurti declared at the media conference today, when asked whether terrorist attacks on the Iber-Lepenc channel in Zubin Potok could have been prevented, writes Insander.
He was even acquitted of such attacks in Western lands.
“These attacks happen to democratic-Western countries, even more than us. But the terrorist-crime imagination sponsored by a country that's bigger than ours and a long and extensive tradition of these kinds of attacks, which has a close ally of the Russian Federation, has made this situation we're in.”, Kurti said.
Kurt even in earlier crisis cases from the north has tried to blame what he calls “Thaci-Daciq agreement”, which prohibits the presence of the Kosovo Security Force in the four northern municipalities.
Kurti in 2021 was asked about the agreement between Thaci and then NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen in 2013. He had described it as harmful. Kurt said he sent this deal to the DA.
“The agreement in question that has been an exchange of letters you mentioned has been and continues to be harmful to the interests of Kosovo citizens. I keep standing behind what I said in 2020.Oh.
“I have not accused the NATO Secretary General of exchanging letters and can't ask for an account from him. I have accused the previous title of institutions of the Republic of Kosovo that I have awarded the firm in such a letter. A problem that has roots eight years ago cannot be addressed and adjusted to a meeting itself. Then I referred the case to the prosecution and left it to the prosecutor.“, he said.
Kurti in 2020 had published a letter claiming that Thaci in 2013 in the quality of Kosovo's prime minister had made secret agreements with NATO, which KSF will not enter northern Kosovo.
He said there are clear reasons for Thaci's dismissal, for violating the constitution by signing a secret agreement with NATO restricting KSF competencies.
“There is sufficient evidence to ascertain that then Prime Minister Thaci, President Thaci, has committed serious violations of the Kosovo Constitution and that such violations justify the launch of the constitutional procedure for his dismissal from the president's position”, said in a letter to him as prime minister.
