Daut Haradinaj's promise: We'll break the Special Court.

The Hague-based chief prosecutor's office, which handles war crimes in Kosovo, announced on Friday that it has pressed charges against former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci for criminal acts of obstruction of justice.

David Haradinaj has reacted to this special decision.

Haradinaj says the Kosovo Assembly should replace the Special Court, he added that with the AAK's coming to power, this will be possible.
