He indicated that he met with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and President Vjosa Osmani, as well as to hold meetings with opposition party leaders.
“Give me the opportunity to meet with all sides and with all people to get their views”, he said after being asked about the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
Terras indicated that he will also go to the northern part of the country where he will hold several meetings, and he will also visit the Iber-Lepenci channel where the attack occurred in late November.
He voiced confidence that Kosovo authorities will find out who stands behind this attack.
For the September 24th 2023 attack on Zvecan Banjska, he said that “all criminals must be brought to justice”.
