Clink for arrests: It is incomprehensible how Kosovo state is silent

For us it is incomprehensible that as the state of Kosovo, they are silent because the Kosovo Assembly is its own founder and does not deal with it at all, because it is being violated even basic human rights, but you are seeing the judge in the court processes as he is taking sides with the prosecution and not sharing justice”, Klink said.

According to him, the Special is trying to create even some kind of act or any evidence to judge people unjustly.

And they're not in the role of judges there to ask witnesses to speak with assumptions, of course that's preventing the justice they did themselves. Not only does he try to get something out of it and it's hindering justice itself, but the Specialised Prosecutor's Office and the Specialised Court constantly pre-convenisates the length of the court process because they have large salaries and they don't care to investigate crimes or to judge because they had investigated and tried, of course, that court had a place to arrest Serbs who committed crimes and massacres against the Albanian people in Kosovo. Of course, it can affect the continuation of the trial because they are trying to create some test through the telephone, trying to create an act of accusation or some evidence to judge people unjustly. Like other friends in prison, it's all because of some sort of evidence that they're gonna find something, but all of this is gonna turn out to have failed”, he said.
