The Supreme Court has decided to order the CEC to certified the Serbian List, rejecting the Vetevendosje Movement complaint.
A country's democratic development is not measured by the number of votes it wins, but by respecting freedoms and the functioning of justice for all citizens, including minority communities. The Supreme Court's decision shows once again that Kosovo society, despite daily policy actions, political tensions, has managed to build certain standards guaranteeing the preservation and development of democracy.
