The Central Election Commission is ordered to certified political subject List Srpska and candidates of this political subject, according to recommendations from the Office for Recording, Certification and Financial Control of political subjects at the CEC of the Day 22.12.2024, for the elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo that will be held on February 9th 2025.”, it is said in the decision of this panel.

The Complete Decision of PZAP:
The PZAP says that “from the review of the subject documents results: The Serbian List political subject, with its candidates for the Republic of Kosovo Parliament to be held on 09.02.2025, has completed the certificate application as a political subject including the list of candidates in the Office for Registering, Certification and Financial Control of political subjects at KQZ<1>.
According to the recommendation of the Office's 2212.2024 upstairs, P The ZAP said it has been recommended that the Serbian List political subject, along with its candidates, has met the legal conditions to be certified for participating in the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo's Parliament that will be held on February 09th, 2025, Reporter writes.

Members of the Vetevendosje Movement in the CEC, at the CEC meeting on December 23rd, voted against the Serbian List Certificate for next year's February 9th elections. At the meeting, the only one who voted for the certificate of this political subject was CEC chairman Kreshnik Radoniqi.
Other opposition parties did not participate in the vote.
