Thirty thousand euros of fine will have to pay the Klan Kosovo after the show “Big Brother V The IPP Kosova” introduced Atilla Cardesh, accused of physical and psychic violence against the former husband.
Decision in “Big Brother case V The IP Kosova” disclosed, media rights lawyer Butter butterfly Kusari.
Klan Kosova has been fined after promoting psychological violence against a victim of violence, allowed denigrative language and allowed the use of vulgar speech without competition to protect children.
Kusari announced that “This is a historic KPM decision, based on eight complaints, showing that in Kosovo it does not go through promoting violence against women, denigration of communities and harming children through television content”.

We won the case against Big Brother and Klan Kosova!
30,000 euros in fines for Klan Kosova that through the Big Brother promoted psychological violence against a victim of violence, allowed denigrative language and allowed us to use vulgar speech without any competition to protect children.
This is a historic KPM decision, based on eight complaints, showing that in Kosovo there is no such thing as promoting violence against women, denigration of communities and harming children through television content.
Big Brother has now received the title of the show that promotes violence against women. Will Clan Kosova's approach change or continue the same?
Bravo KPM! This is a big step for our society!
Albania's model for increased visibility through violence does not cross into Kosovo. Period.
The decision will be published in the future and if I have time to analyze it in detail.
Thank you for your attention.
P.S. For those interested in the legal base, the KPM used just Article 3.1 of the Ethic Code on which I based my complaint and also Article 4 and 5 of the Code.
