In his speech, among other things, Kurti has said that Serbia's <x0Medias for any assault on our country, the guilty are always found in our government, but never in Serbia, deserve your attention”.
There have never been more media against the government than in this four year old. I believe this is for two reasons or perhaps fundamental causes. First, because we don't pay them. Second, because now the media no longer fear power”, Kurti said.
The AGK strongly condemns this offensive and very dangerous language of Prime Minister Kurti, who ranks Kosovo media alongside Serbia. Such an unacceptable dictionary coming from the head of government directly endangers the safety of journalists and other media employees.
It is the last time Mr. Kurti will stop using such a language of inciting hate to media, which is then reflected and multiplied by many of his voters. In respect of freedom of media and freedom of expression, journalists and media in Kosovo should be allowed to exercise their work to hold the government accountable, without stumbling and intimated by power”, AGK's announcement said.
