Kallas has said the only way for EU membership is through normalisation of reports between the two states, under the Ohrid Agreement.
Also, Kallas has said he welcomes readiness to co-operate fully after the recent terrorist attack on Zubin Potok, where the Iber-Lepenci water channel was damaged.
“The taskmasters must face justice”, it wrote.
