Meanwhile, the capital's chairman, Progress Rama, has said that “The city's key” has been donated to Havener “in gratitude and respect for the extraordinary dedication to our country”.
Rama has added that Houvenier is a friend of months and a strong voice in support of Kosovo's progress.
“Ambassador Havener is a precious friend and a strong voice in support of our progress. The capital will always remember his role in strengthening ties between our people and our greatest ally of the United States.
