The United Kingdom Embassy has distributed the words of Central Election Commission Chairman (KQZ), Kreshnik Radoniqi, about yesterday's non-certification of the Serbian List, that it became “without legal basis”.
“No, there is no legal basis for noncertification, the legal base has certificates. The application has surpassed the Office's verification filters for the Certificate of Political parties, and after all verifications it has found to be in order and recommended Certificate”, Radonick said today.
The British Embassy even during the day joined other QUINT states in opposing Serbia's non-certification, which yesterday in the CEC was not certified by citing reasons why Kosovo's state was not recognised by this political subject.
