British Ambassador to Kosovo Jonathan Hargreaves has reacted sharply about yesterday's decision by the Central Election Commission (KQZ), not to certified the Serbian List for participation in the February 9th parliamentary elections.
It through a Facebook response, has asked the CEC to ensure that the election process is conducted with integrity and on the basis of relevant legal procedures, not political interests
“I call on the Central Election Commission to ensure that the election process is conducted in integrity and on the basis of relevant legal procedures, rather than political interests”, it has written.
The British ambassador has said he also expects the CEC and all its members to consider his request.
“We expect the CEC and all its members to take into consideration the Certificate of the Serbian List according to comprehensive, transparent and powerful implementation of relevant regulations”.
