Headship member Zafir Berisha has reacted to Hashim Thaci's indictment.
He has suggested the special court's new indictment of the former Kosovo president shows the next injustice this court is committing against the rescuers.
In his account in “Facebook”, he wrote that the Special is a Serbo-Russian political disaster against KLA.
“After failing to argue the charge with Serbia's files and their workers, with “filma” trying to reason that someone allegedly obstructs them. The new indictment of the Specialised Prosecutor in The Hague against former president of the country Hashim Thaci and others, for allegedly preventing justice, points to the next injustice that this Serbian-Russian political notion against deliverers is making! In the name of justice there is a huge Soviet - style injustice in the heart of Europe”, he wrote.
According to him, from the start such a court has been political.
“They have filed the indictment with Serbia's files that Hashim and the KLA have fought to stop genocide over Albanians -- a war that has also been helped by Nato's alliance, and say we share justice!!! Justice takes place when those who killed over 13 thousand innocent citizens are arrested and convicted, raped more than 20 thousand Albanian women and destroyed everything in Kosovo... not with those who did the titanium radiation to stop the genocide item”, he wrote.
