Hamza has said that limited ability should never be viewed as a restriction but as a different skill.
In our attempt to make Kosovo better, each will be included and will have a role. We will create conditions that highlight any sleepable potential, honoring every citizen's strength and dignity in our society. Today is the International Day of Persons with Limited Skills and expresses my full commitment to creating a comprehensive and just society. Limited ability should never be viewed as a restriction, but as various capabilities”, Hamza wrote.
