One attacked the police, the other fired a gun at one person: Alleged Suspects in Gjakova

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, the Department of War Crimes, reports that under the State Attorney's decision, he has detained for 48 hours the P.B. suspect based that today, in a village of Gjakova, due to an earlier dispute, has attempted to be deprived of life by shooting at victim Gj.B.

These actions give rise to suspicion that the same one committed criminal work “attempted murder”.

Also, regarding this case from the General Department, it has been banned in 48 hours' length, and the other suspected initial suspect, Mr. B, on the date and in the same place, after police officials have gone to the suspect's house for the raid, the suspect has attacked one of the police officials.

These actions create suspicion that the same one committed criminal acts “Attack on the official person” and “keep ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova reports that against suspects P.B. and Mr.B., within the legal deadline, will apply for the appointment of the detention measure to the competent court.
