According to police, there is reasonable suspicion that the alleged lawyer during his involvement in a civil conflict subject in the quality of the lawyer from the damaged side has demanded money in the amount of thousands of euros.
The other suspect is then involved in this case by bringing up and executing final orders contrary to the Law's legal provisions for the Final Procedure and the Law on Constetrical Procedure”, the statement said.
After the interview, the same ones were detained for 48 hours.

The Sector for Investigation of Corruption by the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption under the Kosovo Police, dated 02.07.2024, had accepted authorisation issued by the Pristina-Pristina-Department for Crime and Corruption, with what cases following the development of investigations have been provided evidence based on which there is reasonable suspicion that criminal acts have been consumed “due to official duty or authority” and “influence procedure before KPR.
In co-ordination and authorisation with the prosecutor of the case, today, with a date of 02,12,2024 in the quality of the suspects, two (2) suspected persons, and a private attorney. There is reasonable doubt that the first suspect during his involvement in a civil conflict subject in the quality of the lawyer from the damaged side has demanded cash in the amount of thousands of euros. Then another suspect is involved in the case by bringing up and executing finals in opposition.
With the legal provisions of the Law for the Final Procedure and the Convention on the Constetric Procedure.
