American Embassy: State department working with Kosovo to fight corruption

The US Embassy in Pristina has announced that the American State Department is working closely, including Kosovo, to curb corruption.

In a post on the X platform, the embassy in question says that besides Kosovo involved in this co-operation there are other states of the world.

“Corruption undermines democracy, promotes instability and threatens global security”.

The American State Department is working with partners across the globe, including Kosovo, to strengthen the investigation and prosecution of corruption, promote transparency and empower civil society and independent media to expose corruption and advance reforms”, the embassy report said.
