Ahmetaj: Diplomacy recently put in place by election

PDK deputy chairman Mimoza Ahmetaj has spoken of the explosion in the Iber Lepenci channel in the village of Zubin Potok. She wished this situation would not be politicised.

She said she now expects Kosovo diplomacy to mobilise to lobbie on all sides and, as she put it, to put in place the mechanisms we have, Klankosova reports.

I'm saying this because of the fact that from this whole situation, Kosovo would have to benefit by bringing this message to the end, to high institutions in the European Union and in this case I'm thinking NATO, because it is clear that the European Union as a soft diplomatic power has few mechanisms to solve as a problem, in this situation we expect the United States of America to evolve, NATO as well as British”

“This is that period right after events, a few days after events, and we expect to mobisize in its entirety, all of Kosovo's diplomacy to lobbie on all possible sides and toʹte mechanisms that we have, partner states, but other institutional mechanisms, European or global security, in order to shed light and find the causes of such acts, of such”, it is expressed.

On the other hand, Ahmeti said we do not have functional diplomacy, and that it has recently been put into the function of elections.
