The Constitutional Court has decided to unanimously accept the request and state that the No. verdict. 08-V-668, taken on December 15th 2023 by the Kosovo Assembly, is in conflict with Article 9 of Article 65 for [Kunden Comissions], as well as with Article 4 of the Constitution's Article 110 [Kosovo Prosecutorial Council].
