The Kosovo Journalists' Association has expressed alarm at the murder threat that, according to them, journalist and portal leader “Periskopi”, Ilir Mirena, received today.
The AGK said it is deeply concerned with the life- threatening nature of the message, the ecstasy has invited police to investigate the case urgently.
“This threat is the continuation of other similar threats to journalists and activists recently”, said in response.
Furthermore, the Kosovo Journalists' Association has invited the Government of Kosovo and the VV to not, according to them, push, but contribute to the easing of heavy public discours against journalists and media in the country.
