A group of independent activists from Albanian lands and the diaspora have sent an open letter to Albanian leaders in Albania, Kosovo, northern Macedonia, Montenegro and the Presevo Valley.
Through the letter, they seek the company of co-ordinated actions to address the new political and economic challenges affecting the region.
The letter notes among other things that the new geopolitical context has direct implications for political stability and development in Southeast Europe. In the face of these challenges, it is essential that Albanian representatives develop a common strategy to protect and advance national interests, the paper says further.
Signatories propose creating one Common national platforms, where legitimate representatives from all Albanian countries must identify strategic interests and priorities, building a unified approach to respond to global challenges. They stress the importance of presenting these positions and priorities in an active way before the new US administration, with the aim of representing Albanian interests in the new global order.

Honored representatives of the Albanian people,
Current conflicts in Ukraine, Middle East, strengthening states B RICS, tensions on the European Union's political scene, especially in Germany and France, as well as rivalry between the United States and China, are rapidly changing global geopolitical order. The return of President Trump to the White House will intensify these dynamics, bringing profound changes to the way international states and institutions interact.
This new context has direct implications for political stability and development in Southeast Europe, including Albania, Kosovo, northern Macedonia, Montenegro and the Presevo Valley. In the face of these challenges, it is essential that Albanian representatives from these lands develop a common strategy to protect and advance national interests.
