The deputy candidate from NISMA, Andrew Shala, has reacted after the new indictment of former President Hashim Thaci.
Shala said the Special Court is continuing efforts to tarnish the KLA's war.
Kosovo's “case against these injustices is as unacceptable as the actions of this court. Parliamentary deputies, particularly those of the Legislative Commission, have failed to oversee law enforcement and protect the dignity of the state and its citizens. It is time for them to move from empty words to concrete actions, it is legal and moral duty in front of the people and the sacrifice of martyrs”, Shala said, among other things.

The Special Court is continuing efforts to tarnish our liberation war and wrongfully persecute those who fought for Kosovo's freedom.
This unjust, shameful, and unacceptable persecution should stop immediately!
The Kosovo Liberation Army was and remains a symbol of sacrifice, national pride and higher values of freedom, no court can distort this historic truth.
Kosovo's silence in the face of these injustices is as unacceptable as the actions of this court. Parliamentary deputies, particularly those of the Legislative Commission, have failed to oversee law enforcement and protect the dignity of the state and its citizens. It is the time for them to move from empty words to concrete actions to legal and moral duty in front of the people and the sacrifice of the martyrs.
No more silence and negligence!
Efforts to tarnish the inferior sacrifice and the blood of our martyrs must end. Kosovo is built on the sacrifice of the best sons and daughters of this nation and no injustice, however orchestrated, will be allowed to overcome that truth.
The dignity of Kosovo and its people requires immediate, decisive action to protect freedom and historical truth.
The time for concrete action is now!
National dignity is not silent, but with courage and determination!
