50 million for Badocin “on behalf of Kurti” The prosecution initiates investigation into VVI assemblyeers' conversation

The video where VVA assemblyers conduct accusations against each other on property exchanges, mentioned also by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, is being investigated by the Prosecutor. The decision, already cancelled, of Pristina Mayor Progress Rama, for the exchange of municipal property in the New Pristina area with several private properties in Badoc, has returned to the centre of attention. A conversation has been made among the assemblyists of the Vetevendosje Movement, which has been captured by cameras. It confirms that this party had made the quorum to LDK while staying in the hall when the decision had been reached.
VV) Assemblywoman Berat Lahu has asked the co-partisans to talk about the negotiations that have been made on these exchanges, while declaring that millions have been stolen on behalf of Prime Minister Albin Kurti for Badocin.
For this statement and others, the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutorship has already launched investigations. This is why the prosecutor has told Gazeta Express that the state prosecutor is handling the case and that it is in the initial phase of the procedure.
The case you've requested information about, we inform you that the state prosecutor is handling the case and is in the initial phase of the procedure, so for the moment more information on this cannot be provided!”, says the prosecution's response.
The clash between VVA assemblyists took place at the December 9th session, when assemblyers Edmond Azem and Berat Lahu stayed in the hall, making the quorum a budget vote. This was not well received by other assemblyists and Vetevendosje officials.
Gezim Svechla, Egzon Azemi and Ilir Krquei, chief of Glauk Konjufca's cabinet, tried to persuade these two asmblists to leave the hall.
Egzon Azemi, who is now no longer assamps in Pristina, asks Lahun if he was threatened with prison, since the same had been arrested for the case known as “Brezovica”
If you've been threatened to prison, call for what they're putting pressure on”, it's heard as Egzon tells Azemi-Berat Lah.
“O Egzon, I've put it on, I've done it.”, answers Lahu.
There, Lahu addresses Azem asking about the talks that were made on exchanging property in Badoc.
When you start negotiating, when you start negotiating for Badovci, now... I don't understand. I protect myself. When I hear about negotiations for Badovci, I'm out. When you hear about the negotiations on Badovci. Oh, my God. You ain't nobody. That you did it, that this blackmail is”, it's heard as Lahu says.
Egzon Azem in this video denies it is blackmailing Lahun, however, the latter asks whether it was the citizens' interest to give 50m euros to the municipality.
The interest of the people is to give 50 million to the Pristina municipality? (Unintelligible)”, Lahu says.
Libran Aliu's son-in-law speaks of a thief in Badovc on behalf of Prime Minister Kurti.
The “on behalf of Albin Box has also been stolen for Badovcin. On behalf of Albin Kurt, I'm blackmailing. Did you know what he said? Did you know what he said? Did you know what he said? You're a witness (--you don't understand)”, you're heard saying Lahu.
There's this vow that you vote for Badovcin. You go to the hotel, it's a negotiation. Why do we have nights? On behalf of Albin you gave him 50 million. You have given them your gift. Albin Kurti calls people on the phone. Get out there and explain the 50 million... Did you make sure you voted these things out? Don't put pressure on me”, Lahu says.
Otherwise, the decision on exchange of this property had been cancelled by 27 votes for Pristina's Municipal Assembly in February of this year. The hearing was called by the Democratic Party of Kosovo and the Vetevendosje Movement.
