Regarding cases that have so far been rejected, the CEC has clarified that in most cases rejected, applicants have not been photographed, while holding the identification document simultaneously.
“If a citizen is refused to apply, this is not a final refusal, since the same has the right to re-apply. The CEC informs the rejected applicants individually because of their refusal to demand, and also rejected applicants are announced that they can re-appreciate the registration and attach the documents needed to meet their application in line with CEC guidelines”, Elezi said.
