From August 29th, when the application for voter registration has begun from the diaspora, more than 30,000 applications have been made by December 11th, while 1,990 have been rejected. In most cases rejected, applicants have not been photographed holding the ID simultaneously, reports Online Economy.
At the start of the CEC meeting, the report was released regarding the performance of the implementation of the Kosovo Assembly Election Plan for the Kosovo Assembly, which will be held on February 9th 2025.
While, the period of voter registration application outside Kosovo is under way, which started 29 August and will end on December 26th 2024.

The CEC informs the rejected applicants individually because of their refusal to request, and also the rejected applicants are announced that they can re-apply for registration and join the documents needed to meet their application in line with CEC guidelines”.
Also, periods for changing the polling Centre within the municipality, which began 29 August and will be completed on December 26th, 2024.
According to data, by December 11, 2024, at 09:00, 3,208 voter change centre requirements were accepted via electronic platform http://qv.kqz-x.org and 680 in the offices of the Municipal Election Commissions, of which 3,090 requests have been approved, while another 115 have been rejected.
It is also continuing periods of inconsistencies in the Parliamentary Vote List, which began 29 August and will end on December 28, 2024.
“over this period, each person with the right to vote that doesn't figure on the vote list, has been wrongly assigned to the next poll, or has other incorrect data, including when claiming that any voter name should not be found on this list, even if it figures out the name of any dead person, it may require the CEC to review it via electronic system or submit to the Commission of the Elections in the respective municipality. So far, no request has been accepted for countering”, said the CEC report.
