“Praising such conduct of the parliamentary majority in a day that commissioned several sessions in which the parliamentary law review institute (as the Constitution defines) was violated, we have decided that the twenty laws adopted at the December 05th 2024 hearings contested at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo”, Tahiri has said.
Such a decision, to establish before this court the requirements for assessing the constitutionality of these laws, above all, represents the continuation of the PDK's work and consistent commitment to protecting constitutional order and the democratic values upon which it was established and standing our Republic”, he said.
He said that we are convinced that the screening and adoption procedure of these laws is unconstitutional and that we are working on all of our statements before the Constitutional Court, as always, to be confirmed based, fair and above all professional.
“As MPs, we will never remain indifferent in the face of violating and violating our constitutional order!”, Tahiri said.
