Sali Berisha's return coincides with the depositing of 34 DP amendments to next year's budget, among which 2 hold his signature. Meanwhile, 11 amendments have been deposited by the Freedom Party, through which an additional share in the budget is required of about $45 billion.
Sali Berisha was accompanied by Flamur Noka, Edi Paloka, Elda Hoti, Ina Joupa and Isuf Cheela.
