For the triple murder in Glodjan, the case that occurred on November 26th 2021, Kastriot, Kreshnik and Halil Mehmetaj are being charged, reports “Justice Vow”.
The Witness, Shefqet Mehmetaj, a cousin of the accused, said that he had sometimes walked with the accused Halil through the village, but he said more that they had stayed in the teahouse.
“Halili has always been strong, he tried us to comfort us... so may I tell you that the disaster has happened to him, don't be so mean to me”, said witness Mehmetaj.
Afterwards, the same said they had no conversation about revenge for his daughter, and that according to him, they had no sign of revenge.
Regarding the critical day of the event, he said he had been at Agron's bar at approximately 18:30, adding that he had met accused Halil there, where he had been alone at a table.
“Venjen Agron even tells me or tezac has something going on. The news of the story, so Florim's glass killed the bus driver. Agron has come with information like this, I am here at that moment in the coma as incredible to mu”, witness Mehmetaj said.
He said that another person had come and told you that someone had attacked the bus and killed the driver and the children.
On the other hand, witness Mehmetaj said that along with the accused Halil and several other people in his car had gone to the scene and had seen him being surrounded by strips and policemen.
During that night, witness Mehmetaj said they had returned to the local area until it was understood that the two children had changed their lives.

On the other hand, the witness said that the accused Halili had subsequently arrived, and still went to Hamzaj's family for a few minutes' visit.
He said Halili didn't notice any concerns at all, but like everyone else.
Witness Mehmetaj finally said that the sons of the accused Halili had not seen them that night.
Then came the witness, Isa Mehmetaj, who said that the critical day for him had been a normal day of work, and who had met with company that day and with the accused Kresnic, about 1600, and had left.
The physical contact I had with him, only in the evening the police sirens were heard, and he wrote to me textically that What are these alarms? I told him. They've been killed.”, witness Mehmetaj said.
According to the witness, the accused Kreshnik had then called to inquire about those heard sirens, and the witness said he had answered that several students and bus driver were killed.
When Kreshnik called me we're at the site of Agron Mustaf, up front somewhere, somebody went to the scene, I've been sitting there and I've been looking at the rain and I've been dressed in the lobby, and then I've been running around for the house, and I'm back around” The witness said.
That night, he said the other indictees, Kastriot and Kreshnik Mehmetaj, had not seen them.
According to the indictment filed on May 5th 2023 by the Founding Prosecutor in Pec, defendants Halil, Kastriot and Kreshnik Mehmetaj are charged that on November 26th 2021, in the village of Gllojan, the Decani municipality, exactly on the <x0majl Haradinaj” street, driven by postscriptult retaliation, in co-operation agreement with each other, deprived of three persons, two of them who were children. So, dead, bus driver G. G, as well as students L.H. (17 years old) and G. M (17 years).
