Through a media reaction from KMLDNJ, the number of municipality inspectors and mobile teams that would inspect construction shipyards are required to increase.
“KMDLNY has demanded that construction workers have adequate conditions for work without being exposed to the risk of injuries or their lives. As temperatures drop, conditions for labour deteriorate, so additional commitment of the responsible (the employers) appears not to be happening.
KMDLNj has called for the number of job inspectors to be added, mobile teams that would inspect construction shipyards, if the rules or standards for employees were respected and that would ensure their safety”, it is said in response.

Lemon Musliu, a member of the KSF, is losing his life after falling from the 11th floor of a building he was working on, as an additional job. KMDLNY has demanded that construction workers have adequate conditions for work without being exposed to the risk of injuries or their lives. As temperatures drop, conditions for labour deteriorate, so additional commitment of the responsible (the employers) appears not to be happening.
KMDLNj has called for the number of job inspectors, mobile teams that would inspect the construction shipyards, if the rules or standards for employees were respected, which would ensure their safety. It appears, however, that there is a huge disparity between the small number of job inspectors and numerous locations that need to be inspected in the field of construction so KMDLNj ) recommends institutions engage in any specialised companies that have the physical and professional capacity to oversee the jobs in order to prevent similar cases in the future. Courts should give priority to handling such cases by protecting the interests of workers who suffer injuries, disabilities, or fatal outcomes. The damage, as has been done so far, does not satisfy the needs of victims and their families.
It is one of the basic human rights employed through work and pay to ensure a dignified life for itself and the family, which has not been met in the case of Lemon Musliu, who, in addition to working at KSF, has been forced to do an additional job that has cost him life. KMDLNY seeks responsibility for those who contributed to this tragic outcome as if seeking justice for the deceased and his family.
