Among other things, Tahiri declared:
On behalf of the PDK, we demand that this budget not be put to a vote in second reading at all. A host of criminal planning has already emerged, starting in the MBPZHR, which has been scheduled for 2023 for 2024, and unfortunately those projects will continue to 2025 as well. The voting of this draft budget means supporting a criminal planning, on those planned subsidies and grants and are already beginning to get the money, namely, those people who have been involved in these criminal schemes, and voting this draft budget means supporting these criminal schemes. This is the contaminated budget”, stated PDK Parliamentary Group chief Abelard Tahiri.
