The head of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Group (AAK), Besnik Tahiri, has written on Facebook Sunday that tomorrow in the Kosovo Assembly, the 2025 budget will be discussed.
Tahiri has expressed the desire that the government in accelerated procedures will bring the budget into two readings.
And Tahiri says that with this budget of the Kurti Government, wages cannot be increased in the public sector, as the value of the cofficient is determined in the annual budget law.
“Tomorrow, at the Kosovo Assembly session, we will discuss the 2025 budget. This budget is temporary and should be revised overall after elections to reflect the real needs of citizens and the state. Tomorrow, I'm afraid the government in accelerated procedures will bring the budget into two readings. This, for a document as Kosovo's co-solidised budget, should not happen, but everything can be expected”.
