For the spectacular robbery of 4.6m euros in April 2019, the Special Court sentenced 2023 to 122 years in prison for the seven defendants of the criminal group.
Number two of the gang, Clement Chala will stand behind bars for 20 years, while for the other six arrested for the robbery: Oltion Wessel, Renaldo Sulla, Saimir Cela, Oltion Picley, Alcon Banggas and Eldi Chala, the jurors gave 17 years in prison for each.
The sentences are lower than those claimed by the Special Prosecutor, who for Clement Chala sought 24 years in prison, while for the other six defendants for 19 years.
The key has been among the most coveted names in the country's crime world for years.
In the SPAK indictment, he is mentioned in nine crimes, from the murders to the theft.
The testimony of former Tallo's friend Nuredin Duman after he was caught in the flaggart at Fier, just after an assassination carried out in Elbasan over Chela (as thought), has made the figure of the most wanted by the SPAK to be placed in the mouth of all media titles.
One of the first crimes he is mentioned for is the deliberate assassination of Fatmira Habil (Dedaj) on September 14, 2013.
The latter, Cheela, has killed her by taking her into her garage. Then he beat him and cut him in the neck with a knife. Everything to make it look like an attempted robbery gone to fatality.
Another event is the murder of citizens Andy Zylyfi and Ardit Urucci.
Another murder Duman committed, this time for revenge, is that of Arben Ceta on November 14, 2013.
Then he comes up with a few thefts.
The first involves a theft of weapons committed in co-operation, towards citizens Xhemal Lici, on December 19th 2012.
Another event is the theft at the expense of Hamit Hadzi, conducted on February 11, 2013.
Four other thefts, stretched out in time, are attributed to Tallo Chele, by Nuredin Duman's testimony.
Thus, the figure built around him has become a true myth in the underworld.
