Security experts and MPs require dignified government treatment for these two security and defence forces.

Working in construction, two days ago KSF soldier Liman Musliu lost his life.

Pristina's prosecutor announced that Musliu allegedly fell from the 11th floor of a building during work.

He was buried yesterday in the village of Likoc, near the KLA headquarters.

Former Kosovo Security Force Colonel Africa Veselin, in an interview for Online Economy, said the soldiers' salary level is quite low.

According to him, each member of The KSF and the Kosovo Police are obliged to work secondary jobs to achieve minimum living conditions.

The salary level of soldiers, especially officers, is very low. They can't tie the pay month to months. For some time, I have personally appealed to the Government for the salaries of KSF members and Kosovo police to increase because if we want protection and security, those people must train with dignity. The last tragic case is the death of former KLA fighter and KPC member, who was finally at KSF. Each member of the KSF, but also from the Kosovo Police, is obliged to work on the second job to achieve minimum living conditions. This government seems to have no interest in the social situation of the KSF, the soldier and the Kosovo police,”, Veselin said.

He said he hopes in a future with dignity for these two categories

Therefore, unfortunately it has never been treated with dignity the wages of police and soldier, except at the time when Prime Minister Hashim Thaci was, when our salaries increased by 50 percent”, Veselin stressed.

He stressed that the government swears to raise wages, but that, according to him, there has never been dignified treatment from the central level.

There has never been a dynamic treatment of soldiers, policemen and civil servants as a whole. It's a regulation that can work second jobs. It just doesn't have to conflict with the primary task it does at KSF. The government hasn't treated them, here they swear to raise wages, but they know what pay they get. I know exactly what their salaries are, and the government”, he's posted.

Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Ganimete Musliu for Musliu's Online Economy considered Musliu's death the most tragic case, adding that the country's security is over political parties.

She disclosed that Kosovo police officers and KSF soldiers, in addition to primary work, are forced to work and two to three other jobs, to feed the family with bread.

“First let me express condolences to the Musliu family from Licoci of Skenderaj, it's really a big loss for family, friends and Kosovo as well. It's extremely heavy news, and we're all shocked to hear about the loss of Liman Musliu's tragic lives, and I want to first solidify with his family. Never wanting tragedies to politicise, without wanting to make politics on the issue of Kosovo's security, because I have said in hundreds of my addresses, whether in the country or various interviews”, Musliu said.

She said she has sometimes alarmed the plight of police and soldiers.

The country's “As security is over political parties, over the individual I have given the alarm many times, that KSF soldiers, Kosovo police are being forced to handle two three jobs to support and satisfy the family with bread”, Musliu has indicated.

MP Musliu has said the salaries of soldiers' policemen do not cover the cost of family living. She hopes that after this case, the state will reflect and guarantee the welfare of Kosovo citizens.

Even Limani was one of them, I knew him personally and I know exactly what he's faced with for the wages they get. In KSF, the police can't cover the cost of family living. You know the expensives are in the sky, so Lieman's case is the last. I hope and hope that this state will reflect forever and guarantee the welfare of the Republic of Kosovo”, she added.

Meanwhile, Kosovo police in a response to Online Economy has indicated that on the basis of administrative instruction, police have the right to have secondary jobs or work outside official office.

Police officers according to administrative guidance in power are right about; Secondary work and work outside official task”, police have said
