Serbian list of high hopes: Waiting for the Trump administration to insist on establishing association

The Serbian List has congratulated Donald Trump on the convincing victory in the US presidential election, with the belief that good relations and co-operation between the US and Serbia, built on the first mandate, will improve and strengthen further.

The Serbian Facebook list has expressed confidence and expectations that the position and problems of the Serbian people in Kosovo will be even more focused. Especially do they expect the Trump administration to insist on establishing association.

“We are convinced that President Trump's administration will not allow the continuation of the systematic persecution of the Serbian people from centuries-old sites in Kosovo, as well as that they will insist on respecting the basic human and political rights of the Serbian people, as well as all signed agreements, especially what has to do with forming association”, the report says.

The Serbian list stresses that the Serbian people have always been with President Trump, and that is why they are encouraged by this historic victory.
