A person of Serbian nationalism has been arrested today in northern Mitrovica.
Kosovo Police Deputy Director for the Northern Region Veton Elshani has confirmed to the Reporter that police in the Northern region have assisted the war crimes in arresting the suspect.
He is suspected of the May 29th riots in Zvecan, where 93 KFOR soldiers were injured.
“Around 11:00 p.m. we have Pristina's Assistu Crime in arresting a man in Mitrovica North. Suspected in the case of May 29th, 2024, where 93 KFOR soldiers were injured”, Elshani said.
