The scandal is deepened: The 100 thousand euro grant by Peci's adviser appears to be with flagrant violation of Administrative Guidance

Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development Minister Faton Peci, after scandals published with grants have repeatedly declared that “does not know who receives grants” in his ministry. Besides granting hundreds of thousands of euros to Deputy Victory Pacolli's brother and uncle, Periscope had found that Peci's adviser Naim Huruglica had also received grant [...]

The last case with Peci's advisor turns out to be. The violation of Administrative Guidance in a case where Huruglica has benefited nearly 19 thousand euros from it.
After a research done by Periscope, where in the provided documents of the Huruglica project and the project of another business owned by Nora Ismaili from Skenderaj, the latter did not share the same fate as Peci's adviser.
In the list of project investments, the two above-mentioned businesses have requested “Archa for the collection”. Peci's adviser Naim Huruglica was accepted, while Nora Ismaili was rejected.
In the document below, you can see Mrs. Ismaili where on the investment list figures “Arka for harvesting...”, but AZHB did not accept it, because according to Administrative Guide, this investment is worth only 3 to more hectares.

And in the next document, that of Naim Huruglica's project, despite the fact that it has not had 3 or more hectares, the same is accepted, which costs nearly 19 thousand euros.

Significantly, both projects have been the same, only one with more hectares and the other less.

For the Huruglica 65 % investment project of nearly 100,000 euros has been accepted by EZHB, while 65% of the investment of approximately 45 thousand euros has been accepted for Mrs. Ismaili (without funding A) ZHB for the collection of crates.
All in the end, it has to be mentioned that Minister Pec continues to hide his list of grant beneficiaries, since they haven't been published on the Ministry's page since 2019. All this illegal. /Periscope.
