According to data on the tender file, this ministry for the estimated amount of 13,300-13,333 tonnes has allocated 4m euros.

We remember that there were raids and arrests on the State Reserve scandal. All of this had come after publishing some audio recordings that witnessed a major scandal in the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
At the time of pandemic, MINT had ordered several goods for the state reserve under one-source contracts, yet a large amount had failed. The word was flour, sugar, and oil.
