Reuten's warning: If Serbia continues to act this way, we must be harsher

The Dutch Eurodeput's stances, Thijs Reuten, towards the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia have been constantly cut and not rarely harsh towards the Serbian state. Recently, he claimed the time has come for Serbia to decide between Brussels or Moscow, warning tougher approaches. He also said [...]
He has also said that Serbia's leaders while in Brussels say that “are partners with you, but on the other hand also say they are good friends with China and Russia. ”
“I am terrified to see the visits of top Serbian state leaders to Moscow meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. In my opinion Serbia's future is in the European Union, but in the last period, I see mixed messages from them. When they're in Brussels they tell us we're partners with you, but on the other hand they also say they're good friends with China and Russia. I believe now it is time for Serbia to decide which side it is”, Reuten says.
He says it is not good for Serbia to participate in a summit when states like Iran, China and Russia are involved.
I don't think it's good to be part of an alliance where Iran, China, Russia plays a key role, so I don't even understand Serbia's actions. Trade exchange between Serbia and the European Union amounts to 18 billion euros. Serbia should be part of the big European family, but their actions raised concerns. If Serbia continues to act this way, then we must be tougher”.
