Vlora Citaku, general secretary of the PDK, has reacted to news of Fahrije Hoti's project denial, a farmer from Krusha the Great, a village where more than 200 men were killed by Serbia during wartime.
Citaku has cited the fact that while Hoti had been rejected from the project, the Agriculture Ministry had given 100 thousand euros to VV deputy Victory Pacolli's brother.
Citaku has written that the VV is materially and morally corrupt.
