Prime Minister Edi Rama has congratulated on social networks Donald Trump for his choice as the new president of the United States of America.

Donald Trump's “It was a great honor to work with the president of 46 of the United States to strengthen the bond between our two countries. I look forward to having the grand privilege of working with the president of 47 to expand our partnership of peace, prosperity and progress”, writes Rama on the social network “X”.

Donald Trump took the stage in West Palm Beach in Florida for his victory speech. The new president of the United States started the speech by thanking his supporters and saying that “will help the country heal”.

We'll fix our borders and everything about our country. We have overcome obstacles that seemed impossible. It's a political victory that America has never seen. I will fight for every citizen and his family, I will not rest until we bring back the prosperous America we all deserve. This will be the golden period for US”, Trump said.
