The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has confirmed that the case for carrying out criminal work “attacks on the official person” over the physical clash reportedly occurred Tuesday between the two officials of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
According to the prosecution, the case is being investigated in regular procedure by the state prosecutor in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police.
“As for the case in which you requested information, we inform you that the case has been initiated due to criminal offense assault on the official person and that the case is being investigated by the state prosecutor in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police in regular procedure”, the prosecution's response to Tv1 reported.
On Tuesday, November 12th, a physical clash between the two officials was reported at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
US Secretary General Xhedin Krasniqi's task officer, allegedly physically attacked official Miftar Latifi.
While, regarding this case, a silent protest by MKRS workers was held Thursday prior to this ministry.
