PDK: Drenas, Vushtrria and Elez's Hani (Eleez) champion for budgetary transparency

The GAP Institute has released the report “Index of Communist Transparency 2023”.

Out of a total of 100 score points, 20 municipalities crossed the average score, while four municipalities reached the maximum of 100 points, such as Drenasi, Hani of Elez, Lipjan and Vushtrria.

Regarding this report, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has said that three of these four municipalities are led by this party.

“Tri municipalities led by mayors from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo: The Drenas municipality, the Council of Vushtrria and the Elez Khan municipality have reached the maximum 100 points in the Business Transparency Index for 2023, the annual GAP Institute report aimed at increasing the accountability and approach of citizens to budgetary information at local level”, says in the reaction of this political subject.

On the other hand, The PDK has commended leaders Ramiz Ladrovci, Ferit Idrizi and Mehmet Ballzhi for good work, commitment and commitment to building confidence in citizens.

“These municipalities have been followed by the Ferizaj municipality, which is estimated by 95 points, as well as the Kacanik with 94 sosh, which are also ranked high in this report. For technical reasons, the Mitrovica municipality, Prizren and Skyerwright have not been part of the findings of this report”, said further in the PDK's announcement.

“This is the governing model PDK: Transformer, developmental and inclusive, which needs Kosovo even at the central level”.
